Job Summary MAN v FAT Health and Wellbeing Coach based at Gosport Leisure Centre, Forrest Way, Gosport, PO13 0ZX. The role supports players with weight loss and wellbeing, focusing on motivating healthy lifestyle changes, facilitating weigh‑ins and completing club‑related administration. Works 7:30–9:00 pm on Wednesdays. Role Details This is a sessional role (2.5 hours per week) with potential for expansion as clubs grow. This position does not involve coaching on the pitch; it focuses on supporting and motivating players to achieve healthy lifestyle changes. Responsibilities • Support and motivate players to make healthy lifestyle changes. • Facilitate weigh‑ins on Wednesday mornings. • Complete club‑related administrative tasks throughout the week. About you Well organised with effective time management. Excellent communication skills. Understanding or experience of weight loss. Confident using a computer – online data entry required. Current First Aid qualification or willing to undertake the course before starting. Access to own transport for equipment delivery.
