Join MAN v FAT as a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support men’s weight loss and wellbeing communities based at Glasgow Green Football Centre. You will motivate players to make healthy lifestyle changes, deliver weigh-ins, handle club-related admin, and contribute to our unique league where points and pounds lost determine success.

About you

  • You’re well organised and manage time effectively.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You understand weight loss or have first-hand experience.
  • You’re confident using a computer and have your own device.
  • You hold a First Aid qualification or are willing to undertake one before starting.
  • You have access to your own transport for transporting equipment to and from sessions.

Contract

Competitive pay at £17–£22 per hour and part of the UK’s largest male-only weight loss community. This is a sessional role of 2.5 hours per week with potential to expand as the clubs grow. Hours are split between face-to-face player support, delivering player weigh-ins every Thursday 18:30–20:00, and completing club-related admin throughout the week.
