Thrive Tribe in County Durham is hiring a Specialist Stop Smoking Advisor (SMI) to support clients in communities and partner settings, delivering face-to-face and telephone stop smoking support alongside our online resources.
You will work with people living with severe mental illness, run clinics in community venues, and develop referral pathways with partners to improve access and meet targets. Full training will be provided; NCSCT Stop Smoking Advisor training is a bonus.
