Thrive Tribe is recruiting a Specialist Stop Smoking Advisor (ASC) to deliver face-to-face and telephone stop smoking support to eligible clients across County Durham, including through the Gloji Smokefree online programme.
You will deliver evidence-based cessation interventions, run clinics, and develop referral pathways with partner organisations while adhering to governance and training requirements. Hybrid working from The Greenhouse and office-based sessions are expected.
