About the Role
As an Engagement and Partnership Officer you will promote the programme across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, working closely with the Service Manager, local GP surgeries, Primary Care Networks (PCNs) and other stakeholders to generate referrals and foster successful partnerships. You will also collaborate with our centralised marketing team to ensure maximum visibility and promotion of the service across the county.
Your responsibilities include achieving referral targets, ensuring service equity and promoting the programme within patient groups with wider health inequalities.
Responsibilities
- Review referral levels versus profile and highlight trends and areas of focus.
- Liaise with practices around the promotion of the programme, including referral campaigns, ordering marketing materials and organising webinars, and make in‑person visits and presentations at Practice/PCN meetings.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date record of service stakeholders and assist with the dissemination of communications with partner organisations.
- Liaise with external organisations to build effective partnerships and promote the Healthier You service within primary care locations, voluntary and community services.
- Work in partnership with Thrive Tribe’s centralised marketing team on marketing and communications plans, such as promotional campaigns.
- Lead outreach activities to drive engagement across the service and exceed our KPIs.
- Help maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across our services and embedding our values.
About You

- Be motivated and driven, able to work solo or as part of a team, and generate ideas for health improvement campaigns.
- Have experience or knowledge in networking, referral generation and/or partnership management, and understand health inequalities.
- Have a friendly, supportive attitude and be able to adapt under pressure.
- Be an exceptional communicator and keen networker with experience building lasting relationships.

Contract & Salary
Contract: Permanent, Part‑Time (0.4 – 0.6 FTE)
Salary: £23,810 per year FTE, pro‑rate (£9,524 – £14,286)

Location
