We are working with a Northwest based Construction company who are looking for a Project Manager to work on projects across the Northwest. The role is working in the industrial, commercial, residential and public building sector. They have secured a number of new commercial build developments and are looking for a Project Manager to lead the construction teams on the projects. The role would suit someone with previous design and build experience, ideally involved in design, planning and pre-construction.

Roles, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leading the Project, overseeing site management team
  • Working with the key stakeholders to ensure the project is progressing
  • Developing project programmes
  • Client facing, working alongside local authorities
  • Organising and managing sub-contractors
  • Working alongside commercial and design teams
  • Chairing project meetings
  • Providing weekly/monthly reports
  • SMSTS
  • First aid
  • HNC/HND in Construction
  • CSCS Managers card - NVQ level 6+
  • Previous experience of leading multi-million £ construction projects
  • Driving Licence
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Any other industry related qualifications would be an advantage
