Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned, reactive, and remedial works on plumbing and heating systems
- Perform annual boiler servicing and maintenance
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on heating systems
- General plumbing works including fixing leaks, replacing taps, sinks, and toilets
- Ensure all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
- NVQ in Plumbing & Heating
- Domestic Tickets - CCN1 essential (additional elements desirable)
- Experience servicing and maintaining domestic heating systems
- Commercial site experience desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
