Static Engineer Cambridgeshire £40,000 – £45,000 + Call Out + Overtime Are you an experienced Static Engineer based in Cambridge and looking for your next opportunity? We\’re working with a leading HVAC and FM service provider who are looking for a Static Engineer to join their team, covering a site in North Cambridge. You will be responsible for overseeing building-related works across offices, laboratories, and plant rooms, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the effective delivery and maintenance of all plant, equipment, and building services. Key Responsibilities Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance operations on site Review and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) daily Assess reactive maintenance issues and allocate appropriate engineers Manage tenant requests and ensure they are actioned appropriately Source equipment/materials in line with contract requirements Develop and maintain positive customer relationships Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all site activities Work closely with the Area Supervisor and Contract Manager Experience & Qualifications City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a Construction or Maintenance-related field Strong knowledge of IEE/IET Regulations and Health & Safety legislation Good understanding of both electrical and mechanical plant/equipment Strong IT skills (Email, Excel, CAFM, BMS systems) Self-motivated and able to work independently Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing FM provider and play a key role in maintaining and developing a high-profile site in Cambridge For further information on the role and the company you would be working for please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Rhymel Henderson for a confidential chat
