We are looking for a Mechanical biased Project / Contracts Manager with experience of running projects from small works up to a rough value of £3-5 million. This is an opportunity to work for a business that not only offers a job but also the chance to have shares within the company and be part of something that is growing.
This company specialises in Mechanical Projects across various commercial buildings, mostly refurbishments and upgrades with some new works. They cover all aspects of HVAC and Controls and are seeking someone with experience in Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing, and Controls.
Some of the projects you would be involved in include:
- A large commercial site where existing AC units are being stripped down and replaced with HVRF and DX units, new ductwork, and AHUs.
- Domestic hot water and new cold water services.
- End of journey services such as showers and toilets.
- New Controls (subbed out to BMS company); knowledge of this would be massively advantageous.
Other projects already booked in for the next 12 months include:
- FCU replacements.
- Duct and Vent Air Conditioning upgrades.
- ASHP AC and Vent Plumbing.
