Service and Maintenance North London (Covering London & the South of England) £50K-60K with door-to-door travel paid.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Gas Engineer to join our expanding maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for a self-motivated engineer with strong commercial gas and mechanical maintenance experience. Working across multiple commercial sites throughout the South of England, you will be responsible for planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, fault finding, and servicing of commercial gas and mechanical plant, ensuring our clients' facilities remain safe and operational.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial gas systems.
  • Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance callouts.
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on commercial gas and mechanical equipment.
  • Service and maintain commercial boilers, heating systems, pipework, and associated mechanical plant.
  • Service and maintain ventilation systems, including FCUs, AHUs, and general ventilation equipment.
  • Complete gas safety inspections, certification, and accurate job reports.
  • Ensure all work complies with current Gas Safe regulations, health & safety requirements, and company standards.
  • Work independently and as part of a wider engineering team to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients through professional service delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • ACS-qualified Commercial Gas Engineer (domestic qualifications also considered).
  • Proven experience within commercial gas and mechanical maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good knowledge of commercial heating systems, pipework, and mechanical plant.
  • Experience maintaining ventilation systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • A professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
