I am currently supporting a company that specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical services with their recruitment for a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business within the AC / FM sector, playing a key role in driving growth by winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
The Role
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within the AC / FM sector
- Managing and developing existing client relationships
- Preparing and presenting proposals, tenders, and quotations
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Attending client meetings and networking events
- Tracking pipeline activity and reporting on performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within Air Conditioning / Facilities Management
- Strong track record of winning new business
- Good technical understanding of HVAC / FM services (desirable)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence
