Are you a mechanically biased manager capable of running regional contracts for a Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Services Company? This company specialises in Service, Maintenance and Minor works projects within the Facilities Management sector covering Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas and HVAC to various buildings including office and student accommodation.
Due to an increase in workload from their clients they are now looking to hire a Contract Manager to assist the Operations Manager with building a team based out of their Bristol office to cover sites in South West.
Responsibilities- Manage service delivery to a number of sites that are already secured as well as develop relationships and win new clients.
- Manage the delivery of Planned, Reactive and Responsive Maintenance to clients' properties.
- Oversee and manage small/minor works projects, dealing with both in-house engineers and subcontractors (when required).
- Manage supply chain, hiring of staff, one-to-one reviews.
- Ideally qualified in Commercial Gas or a Mechanical HVAC background, experienced dealing with engineers and subcontractors.
