Lead Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Bristol Based Company Vehicle Great Benefits £42-45k for 40 hours per week + Call out and Overtime Are you working in the commercial property maintenance industry as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer and have leadership skills looking for a new mobile role based around Bristol as a Lead Engineer with a pathway into a Supervisor role within 12 months This Regional FM company who have recently won a new contract within the commercial sector. They are looking for an experienced Mechanical or Electrically biased mobile maintenance engineer to cover commercial properties in and around Bristol. As Lead Multi Skilled Engineer you will eventually work towards a supervisor role and be given the support needed to bring you up to speed with leading the team, dealing with sub contractors and assisting the management team with quotes. Training on various things like IOSH will be invested in to ensure you have the foundations to not only be a supervisor in the near future but also continue into management at a later date. We are after someone full of energy and passion for the Facilities Management and Engineering Maintenance sector, someone that always strides towards excellence weather being with the hands on work, paperwork or just going above and beyond for their clients and customers. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an established team working on a portfolio of properties across the region. You will be responsible for all aspects of mechanical and electrical works on a reactive basis. Key Responsibilities Will Include Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. Be on a call-out rota to provide the client with full out-of-hours cover. Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to the standard of work and Health and Safety. Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio. Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time. Carry out work safely and diligently. Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
