Are you a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new mobile role focused on service and maintenance? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established FM service provider, covering a range of commercial sites including schools, nursing homes, hotels, factories, offices, and warehouses across the region.
As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to Air Conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple contracts.
Key Responsibilities- Service, maintenance, and fault finding on AC and HVAC systems
- Responding to breakdowns and reactive call-outs
- Completing general PPM tasks within plant rooms
- Maintaining accurate service reports and compliance documentation
- Split systems
- VRV / VRF systems
- AHUs
- FCUs
- General HVAC plant equipment
- F-Gas qualified (essential)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
- Proven experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
- Full UK driving licence
