Growing division of an established business with the opportunity to run the division. Covering Glastonbury and the surrounding areas. £44,000 - £48,000 + Bonus OTE £55k.

Are you a qualified Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new role focused on service and maintenance and looking to join a growing company where you can progress into management and run the division?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established FM service provider, covering a range of commercial sites including schools, nursing homes, hotels, factories, offices, and warehouses across the region.

As a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to Air Conditioning and HVAC systems across multiple contracts. As the business grows you will be given the opportunity to run the division and move into a more office based role (if desired to do so).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintenance, and fault finding on AC and HVAC systems
  • Responding to breakdowns and reactive call-outs
  • Completing general PPM tasks within plant rooms
  • Maintaining accurate service reports and compliance documentation
Systems Covered:
  • Split systems
  • VRV / VRF systems
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • General HVAC plant equipment
Requirements:
  • F-Gas qualified (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (desirable)
  • Proven experience delivering planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings
  • Full UK driving licence
