Fire Sprinkler Project Manager Competitive, depending on experience Manchester Company car allowance, private medical and other great benefits 36.5-hour working week with a strong focus on work-life balance   Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in fire sprinkler systems?   We are looking for an experienced Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to manage and deliver fire sprinkler projects from handover through to completion.   You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required customer, quality and regulatory standards, while managing clients, site teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders.   Key Responsibilities Lead project initiation and handover meetings with Sales, Design, QS and other stakeholders. Produce and maintain project programmes. Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain accurate project records and documentation. Attend Cost to Complete (CTC) meetings and monitor project costs. Manage labour, materials and on-site resources. Raise purchase orders and work with approved suppliers. Identify and manage contract variations and ensure these are invoiced. Prepare and complete final accounts. Ensure installers are appropriately qualified, competent and fully briefed. Carry out regular site inspections and facilitate toolbox talks. Ensure all Health & Safety documentation is completed, including RAMS and attendance records. Manage and resolve supplier non-conformances. Coordinate project completion documentation, including O&M manuals, as-fitted drawings and certification. Support internal and external audits. Ensure projects comply with relevant regulatory and company standards. You will ideally have: Experience managing complex, high-value projects within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of BS EN 12845 and LPS1048. Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings. LPCB Testing & Commissioning Module 2 competency. LPCB Site Inspection Module 1 competency. Experience managing on-site labour and resources. Valid SMSTS and CSCS. Knowledge of CDM management principles. Strong experience producing project documentation, including RAMS, Quality Plans, Project Plans, CTC cost sheets and trackers. Understanding of PRINCE2 project management principles. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and maximise project cost savings.
