Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor Covering Birmingham and the surrounding area Company van provided 23 days holiday + great benefits £40,000 – £43,000 plus call out and overtime Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer or Electrician looking to take the next step into a supervisory role? Do you want a position where you can combine working on the tools with managing quotes, developing new business, and overseeing extra work? If so, this opportunity could be ideal for you. This expanding FM company has recently secured another major contract, adding to an already strong track record of success. As part of their continued growth, they are recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor to deliver a range of electrical maintenance tasks within commercial and domestic properties, while also helping to grow the electrical division across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. The Role As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Supervisor, you will: Cover sites across Birmingham and nearby areas Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical services (lighting, power, etc.) Complete statutory compliance testing (emergency lighting, fire alarms, etc.) Support small works and minor project delivery within commercial buildings Contribute to business development and manage additional works where required What We\’re Looking For Fully qualified Electrician Proven experience in planned and reactive maintenance within commercial buildings Experience in small works or project delivery within a facilities environment (advantageous) Good communication and supervisory skills Qualifications City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 18th Edition (desirable) 2391 Testing & Inspection (advantageous) This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing FM business where you\’ll play a key role in developing the electrical side of the company, while also taking the next step in your career.
