Our client, a well-established maintenance contractor, is seeking an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to join their expanding team. You’ll be working on a high-volume social housing contract, providing vital servicing and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out gas servicing and repairs of domestic gas appliances using hand and power tools.
- Conduct thorough safety inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve faults using strong mechanical knowledge and expertise.
- Engage with tenants and clients to assess needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate job records and manage stock and materials efficiently.
- Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety protocols.
- Current Domestic ACS Certificates (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, etc.).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in boiler fault finding and repair.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
- Full UK driving licence.
