Are you an Administrator familiar with Compliance, Audits and have an eye for detail when it comes to documentation and certification? This regional based Engineering Maintenance Company is recruiting an Administrator to join their compliance team due to an increase in workload. As Compliance Administrator, you will be pivotal in ensuring all Documentation and Certification are correct and up to date.

Summary of Main Duties:

  • Undertaking internal audits on our systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 & 50001) supporting the group
  • Management of ISO Certification
  • Support the group with their ISO Certification as and when required
  • Monitor ISO objectives
  • Manage CITB Levy funding (skills matrix, apprentices, train to travel not exhaustive to)
  • E Learning training certificate check monthly
  • Oversee the Training Matrix across the company to ensure all are compliant
  • Ensure drives are being populated correctly for courses booked for auditing purposes
  • Data Protection awareness on processes across the group
  • Assist in the approval of Suppliers/Sub Contractors
  • Adhoc team support/tasks that may arise

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Administration experience required
  • Good eye for detail and organisation skills
