Commercial Gas Engineer
We are recruiting for the role of Commercial Gas Engineer covering a wide region in the south west. The position is mobile and involves door‑to‑door travel and on‑site work at various facilities.
Compensation and benefits: Competitive salary of £50‑55k for 40 hours per week (dependent on qualifications and experience), 25 days holiday, company van with fuel card and personal use option, paid door‑to‑door travel, pension contributions, all specialist tools and equipment, iPhone and iPad provided.

Responsibilities
- Provide on‑site maintenance and repair of commercial gas boilers, gas‑fired water heaters, burners, AHUs and radiant heaters.
- Carry out routine inspections and diagnostic work for heating systems and associated plantroom equipment such as pumps, pressurisation sets, valves and fans.
- Travel between multiple sites on a mobile basis and manage time efficiently while maintaining safety standards.
- Provide detailed technical reports and recommendations to site managers.
Qualifications
- Relevant commercial gas qualifications (e.g., Gas Safe registration, HETAS or equivalent).
- Several years of experience working with a range of commercial boilers and heating equipment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of heating systems and plantroom equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
