We are looking for a fully qualified NVQ Level 3 Electrician with AM2 and 2391 testing to join our mobile team covering a portfolio of commercial properties within an hour of Cardiff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct planned maintenance, including emergency light and fire alarm testing.
  • Perform reactive maintenance such as power and lighting faults.
  • Carry out small and minor installation works within existing buildings (no site work).
  • Travel between sites and provide door‑to‑door service.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrician.
  • AM2 certification.
  • 2391 testing completed.
  • Ability to work independently on a mobile schedule.

Pay & Benefits

  • £17–18 per hour with additional door‑to‑door travel paid.
  • Overtime at 1.5× pay after 8 hours on site.
  • Daily overtime at 1.5× pay on Saturdays (PM) and Sundays.
  • On‑call pay: £100 per week, with minimum 4 hours at OT rate when called.
  • Van and fuel card provided; personal use optional under company policy.
  • Example earning: 40 hours on site + 30 min travel each way = 45 hours paid, plus 5 hours at OT rate Monday‑Friday.
