Fabric Engineer \\nCovering sites in EX, TQ  \\n£32-36k depending on experience \\nBenefits Holidays, Sick Pay and Pension \\nVan and Fuel card, Personal use available\\n  \\n Are you a Building Fabric Engineer looking for a new exciting role working in around Bristol.\\n \\nDo you have either a Carpentry or Plumbing qualifications with other trade skills such as painting, patch plastering, Tiling if so this role could be great for you.\\n  \\n Working for one of the regions leading Facilities Services providers you will be part of a team of Building Fabric Engineers covering planned and reactive maintenance as well as small and minor works to commercial buildings in Exeter and Torquay. Sites will include Offices, Leisure Centres and Schools.\\n  \\n Duties will be Planned and Reactive Maintenance such as – \\nFixing leaks, doors, locks, and making good areas of repairs. \\n\\nSmall and Minor works projects – \\nRefurbishments to rooms, offices\\nReplacing like for like doors, locks, sinks, basins, toilets.\\nFloor upgrades \\n\\n Ideally you will be a qualified trades person with either City and Guilds or equivalent in Carpentry or Plumbing with good skills with other trades and DITY Tasks, we are however open to time served trades people and general builders looking to get more into the maintenance industry. \\n\\nPrevious Multi Skilled Trades works is essential as no training will be given to start, development of skills will be offered once settle and passed probation. \\n  \\n For further information on the role and the company you will be working for please APPLY NOW or get in touch with Rhymel Henderson for a confidential chat
