We are seeking a mechanically oriented Manager to run regional contracts for a Mechanical and Electrical Facilities Services Company based in Bristol.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver service to existing sites and develop relationships to win new clients.
  • Manage planned, reactive and responsive maintenance for client properties.
  • Oversee and manage small/minor works projects with in‑house engineers and contractors.
  • Manage supply chain, hiring, 1‑2‑1s and reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified in Commercial Gas or Mechanical HVAC background.
  • Experience dealing with engineers and sub‑contractors.
