Are you a Maintenance Electrician looking for a new mobile role based around Bristol and North Somerset? This Regional FM company, who have recently won a new contract within the commercial sector, are looking for a number of experienced electrically biased mobile maintenance engineers to cover commercial properties in North Somerset and around Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join an established team working on a portfolio of properties across the region. You will be responsible for all aspects of electrical works on a Planned and Reactive basis.
Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance to Electrical systems on site.
- Complete Statutory Compliance tests such as Emergency Light and Fire alarm testing, Water temp and Legionella testing.
- Testing and Inspection of Electrical works - Fixed wire and EICRs if qualified with 2391; the company are happy to put you through this if not already qualified, a pay rise would be offered once qualified.
- Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork.
- Be on a call-out rota to provide the client with full out-of-hours cover.
- Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to the standard of work and Health and Safety.
- Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio.
- Carry out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Carry out work safely and diligently.
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
You will require:
- Fully qualified Electrician NVQ level 3.
- 17th Edition or 18th edition.
- Testing and Inspection advantageous.
- Higher wage.
- Experience working within commercial environments.
- HVAC Knowledge advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Driving License.
