Thrive Personnel are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our client, a leading manufacturer of FMCG products. In this role, you will be responsible for working with raw materials to produce high-quality products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Weighing and measuring materials accurately
  • Following written instructions meticulously
  • Performing some heavy lifting as required
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The work environment can be dirty, but full personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided to ensure your safety. Candidates who are PC literate will have an advantage, as you may be required to input data and follow digital instructions during the manufacturing process.
