The Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Vacuum Forming Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment in Leeds 9. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career within manufacturing, as full training will be provided. No previous vacuum forming experience is required, although previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment would be an advantage.
Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for operating vacuum forming machinery and ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating vacuum forming machinery safely and efficiently, following production instructions and specifications.
- Preparing materials and components for production and monitoring the forming process to ensure products meet the required standards.
- Carrying out basic quality checks, identifying any defects or issues and reporting them to the appropriate supervisor.
- Trimming and finishing products, maintaining a clean and organised working area, and following all company health and safety procedures.
About You

Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
