Thrive Personnel Ltd are seeking a skilled CNC Saw Operative to join our clients manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC saw machinery to ensure precise cutting of materials according to specifications. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC saws, ensuring all machinery is functioning correctly. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine cutting requirements. Monitor the cutting process to maintain quality and efficiency, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. This is a temporary to permanent role. Four day working week, 7am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday. Skills: Previous experience operating CNC saws in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Basic understanding of machining processes and materials. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Commitment to safety and quality standards
