Electrician - EV Installation

Salary: £42,000pa

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Schedule: Planned 4-6 weeks in advance

Company van and mobile phone provided

We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join our clients growing team, specialising in EV charger installations.

This is a well-organised role with approximately 2 installations per day, giving you a clear and manageable workload. Your planner will be provided 4-6 weeks in advance, allowing you to plan your working schedule ahead of time.

The Role

As an Electrician - EV Installation, your main responsibilities will include:

• Installing EV charging points at commercial properties
• Carrying out electrical installation, testing and commissioning
• Completing approximately 2 EV installations per day
• Working between 8:00am and 5:00pm
• Travelling to customer properties using a company van
• Ensuring all electrical work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Diagnosing and resolving installation issues where required
• Completing installation paperwork, certification and job records
• Providing professional and friendly customer service
• Working independently while following company procedures and technical standards

About You

The ideal candidate will be a qualified and experienced Electrician who takes pride in their work and is confident working independently.

You should be:

• A qualified electrician with relevant electrical qualifications including 18th edition
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
• Reliable, punctual and well organised
• Comfortable working at customer properties
• Professional and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and manage your daily workload
• Committed to safe working practices and high-quality workmanship
• Hold a full UK driving licence
