About the Role

The role involves leading Data Centre Isolation activities across a global footprint of 19 data centres, with approximately 6–7 isolations executed annually. Each isolation follows a structured planning cycle of 8–12 weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage end-to-end data centre isolation projects
  • Ensure delivery within defined quality, timelines, and governance standards
  • Coordinate planning, execution, and post-isolation validation activities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service continuity
  • Validate application stability and performance across alternate data centres post-isolation

Qualifications

  • Strong project management expertise with the ability to run complex, large-scale initiatives independently
  • Experience in service delivery, technology resilience, and business continuity
  • Understanding of distributed application environments and failover strategies
  • Ability to manage critical events ensuring zero/near-zero business disruption
