Experience working with ABAP team on customised programs and enhancements. Experience working in support projects. Experience with SAP tools such as LSMW. IDoc experience is required.

Soft and analytical skills are essential. Excellent in customer-facing roles with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent understanding of integration and touchpoints with other modules.
Ability to identify gaps, issues, and workarounds. Ability to lead a team of R2R consultants for lead roles only. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Provide ad hoc training and user support as required.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others.
