Candidate should have SAP experience in Financial Accounting including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Taxation, Integrations, Intercompany Accounting, and basic Controlling.
Experience in S4HANA is required. At least 5 years of finance domain experience. At least 10-11 years of SAP experience depending on grade competency.
Experience working with ABAP team on customised programs and enhancements. Experience working in Support projects. Experience with SAP Tools LSMW etc. Idoc experience is required.

Soft and Analytical Skills. Excellent in Customer facing role with excellent written and verbal communication. Excellent understanding of integration and touchpoints with other modules.
Ability to identify gaps, issues, and workarounds. Ability to lead a team of R2R consultants for lead role only. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
Act as a liaison between business functions and the technical team. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Provide ad hoc training and user support as required.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time. Ability to work in a team environment effectively interacting with others.
