We are hiring a Sales Director to lead and grow our UK Public Sector IT Services business. This is a senior, high-impact role suited for a proven hunter with deep relationships across UK government, NHS, and public sector bodies.
What We’re Looking For
- Extensive years of proven experience selling IT Services / Digital Transformation to the UK Public Sector
- Strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers
- Demonstrated success in winning new logos and large, complex deals
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
- Experience working with presales and technical teams on RFPs and proposals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Hunter mindset with strategic thinking and leadership capability
