- Gathering, interpreting and analyzing business data from multiple sources.
- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems and data analytics tools.
- Designing, creating and maintaining comprehensive reports and visualizations.
- Identifying trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Communicating findings and suggesting solutions to business challenges.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to build capabilities within the claims function.
- Stay updated with industry best practices, regulatory changes and technological advancements relevant to Personal Lines claims.
