About the Role
The role involves leading Data Centre Isolation activities across a global footprint of 19 data centres, with approximately 6β7 isolations executed annually. Each isolation follows a structured planning cycle of 8β12 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end data centre isolation projects
- Ensure delivery within defined quality, timelines, and governance standards
- Coordinate planning, execution, and post-isolation validation activities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Validate application stability and performance across alternate data centres post-isolation
Qualifications
- Strong project management expertise with the ability to run complex, large-scale initiatives independently
- Experience in service delivery, technology resilience, and business continuity
- Understanding of distributed application environments and failover strategies
- Ability to manage critical events ensuring zero/near-zero business disruption
Required Skills
- JIRA / Confluence (tracking & knowledge management)
- Advanced Excel (tracking, reporting, analysis)
- Exposure to orchestration tools such as Cutover Runbook (or equivalent event management tools)
