This role offers the opportunity to work on BAU and sustainability-driven enhancements, with a strong focus on improving enterprise capabilities derived from BCBS-239 reporting. You’ll play a key role in process discovery, design, automation, and change management, using BPMN to effectively bridge business requirements with technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Improvement & Governance: Drive enhancements across BCBS-239–related processes, including Change Management, Problem Management, and SDLC, ensuring efficiency, control, and regulatory compliance.
- Business Process Modeling & Analysis: Model and optimize processes using BPMN, aligning them with business objectives and enabling automation through AI and RPA.
- Automation & Sustainability: Lead automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, working closely with technology teams for seamless implementation.
- Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement: Design and execute change strategies, partnering with stakeholders to ensure adoption and long-term sustainability of improved processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 8–10 years in Business Analysis / Process Improvement, ideally within BFSI or regulatory reporting environments.
- Process Modeling: Strong hands‑on experience with BPMN and tools such as Signavio, Bizagi, or Visio.
- Automation Exposure: Familiarity with AI / RPA and their integration into business processes.
- Domain Knowledge: BCBS-239, Change Management, Problem Management, and SDLC.
- Certifications (Preferred): CBAP, BPMN Certification, or equivalent.
- Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven expertise in process optimization and automation strategies.
