Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering Data transformation and migration projects within the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end project delivery involving data analysis, data migration, data governance, data quality, and regulatory initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data projects within Banking.
- Manage Data Migration, Data Integration, Data Warehousing, and Data Modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Architects, Engineering, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
- Define project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource plans.
- Ensure high-quality delivery using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Drive stakeholder management, governance meetings, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure compliance with Banking regulations, security, and data governance standards.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong Banking or Financial Services domain experience.
- Proven experience delivering Data-related projects.
