STOCK INVENTORY CO-ORDINATOR – Maternity Cover

LOCATION: Working onsite in Dagenham

HOURS: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00

THE COMPANY

Thrive are currently working with one of our favourite clients – an established and highly regarded company operating within the construction and infrastructure sector. They are now seeking a Stock Co‑Ordinator to join their Dagenham Depot to cover maternity leave for around a year. This will be a fixed term contract, working directly for our client.

THE ROLE

Join a Dynamic Operations Team as a Stock Co‑ordinator! Are you highly organised, detail‑driven and ready to take charge of keeping things moving? We’re looking for a proactive Stock Co‑Ordinator to become a key part of our client’s busy operations network. In this vital role, you’ll oversee and maintain a comprehensive stock inventory, ensuring the right equipment is in the right place at the right time. You’ll be working closely with depots, workshops and operations teams across the business to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing stock availability across multiple depots, preventing shortages and ensuring maximum utilisation.
  • Coordinating stock transfers and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Supporting depot and yard operations with clear communication, accuracy and teamwork.
  • Upholding quality, safety and operational standards every step of the way.
