THE ROLE You’ll be working across all RIBA Work Stages, taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to: * Lead projects with confidence, managing client, consultant, and contractor relationships. * Oversee and coordinate design teams and external consultants. * Produce and review detailed design and construction information. * Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and within budget. * Work independently with minimal supervision while being a proactive part of our team. THE PERSON In order to succeed in this role, it is essential that you have the following skills and experience : * ARB registered, with 3–4 years post-qualification UK experience. * Experienced in running projects through all RIBA stages. * Confident with UK Building Regulations and construction detailing. * Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office. * A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills. * Passionate about architecture and design, with a collaborative and positive approach.
