Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist – NEWLY CREATED ROLE Location: East London (E6) Industry: Construction / Engineering Thrive are currently working with one of our favourite clients to exclusively help them find a proactive ESG Specialist to join their team on-site in East London. In this newly created role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of environmental, social, and governance strategies to ensure compliance with regulations and drive sustainability across construction and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee ESG performance across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to environmental, health, safety, and sustainability standards. * Develop, implement, and monitor ESG strategies in line with company objectives and industry best practices. * Conduct audits, risk assessments, and impact evaluations to drive continuous improvement. * Liaise with key stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to ensure ESG goals are met. * Lead sustainability initiatives, promoting eco-friendly practices and ethical business operations.
