Thrive Homes is seeking two experienced Electrical Engineers (Responsive) to join our Property Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality maintenance works, ensuring services are completed to a professional standard and in line with company plans and legal requirements.
Base Pay Range: Salary £45,480.78 per annum plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of a cost-effective, competitive repairs service covering day-to-day maintenance, cyclical works, refurbishment void works, home servicing, and other building-related projects.
- Ensure all services are delivered to the required quality and within agreed timescales, meeting relevant Key Performance Indicators.
- Provide out-of-hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis.
Requirements:
- 18th Edition City & Guilds 2382.
- Certificate in Requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671).
- Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.
- Proven experience in domestic repair, installation, maintenance, and testing.
- Full driving licence for UK use.
- Basic DBS check required; successful applicant(s) will be contacted by our People Team if this applies to their role.
