The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Permanent, Full Time – 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday + On‑Call Out of Hours Rota). Thrive Homes is looking for an Electrician to deliver high‑quality maintenance, planned and capital works, and quality assurance service to Thrive Homes’ buildings and other client properties in accordance with company plans and legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Work in accordance with our policies and procedures relating to the delivery of building and building services maintenance works, ensuring they are in line with legal requirements and good practice.
  • Help ensure that we deliver a cost‑effective and competitive repairs service on day‑to‑day maintenance, cyclical, refurbishment void works, home servicing and any other building related projects.
  • Deliver the service to a quality and timeliness that will meet relevant Key Performance Indicators.
  • Provide out of hours support to Thrive Homes on a rotational basis.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties/projects as required by your line manager/senior manager.

Requirements

  • Strong experience within a similar role and working environment.
  • A full driving licence is important for this role.
  • Holding the following formal relevant qualifications:
    • 18th Edition City and Guilds 2382 Certificate in requirements for Electrical Installations (BS7671)
    • Level 3 in Electrical Installations
  • Experience with domestic repair, installation, maintenance and testing.
