We are a new children's residential care home backed by a committed investor. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to build this home from the ground up — with full autonomy, a premium package, and a genuine stake in what you are creating.

  • £48,000–£55,000 + exceptional bonuses
  • £10,000 salary increase on Ofsted registration approval
  • £5,000 bonus per child placed at full occupancy
  • £10,000 bonus for Good rating
  • £15,000 bonus for Outstanding
  • Funded therapist, sports, financial literacy, clothing allowance for children
  • £2,000 CPD budget

Requirements:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare — essential
  • Minimum 5 years children's residential care experience
  • Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record
  • Strong local authority commissioning relationships in your area
  • Enhanced DBS — clean
  • Deep knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015
