Thrive Hills Care is a new children's residential care home backed by a committed investor. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to build this home from the ground up — with full autonomy, a premium package, and a genuine stake in what you are creating.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • £10,000 salary increase on Ofsted registration approval
  • £5,000 bonus per child placed at full occupancy

WHAT WE NEED

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare — essential
  • Minimum 5 years children's residential care experience
  • Minimum 2 years in RM, Deputy, or senior leadership role
  • Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record
  • Strong local authority commissioning relationships in your area
  • Enhanced DBS — clean
  • Deep knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015

We are flexible. Target areas include Stoke-on-Trent, Sandwell, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Derby, and Nottinghamshire — but if your commissioning relationships are elsewhere in England, tell us. We will find the right property near you.
