This is not a standard RM role. We are a new children's residential care home backed by a committed investor. We are looking for an exceptional Registered Manager to build this home from the ground up — with full autonomy, a premium package, and a genuine stake in what you are creating.
WHAT WE OFFER
- £48,000–£55,000 starting salary
- £10,000 salary increase on Ofsted registration approval
- £5,000 bonus per child placed at full occupancy
- £10,000 bonus for Good rating

WHAT WE NEED
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare — essential
- Minimum 5 years children's residential care experience
- Minimum 2 years in RM, Deputy, or senior leadership role
- Proven Good or Outstanding Ofsted track record
- Strong local authority commissioning relationships in your area
- Enhanced DBS — clean
- Deep knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015
