This specialist provision in Liverpool has been created to give young people a genuine fresh start through structure, encouragement, and positive relationships. Led by an experienced senior leadership team, the setting takes a nurturing, child-centred approach focused on rebuilding confidence, supporting emotional development, and helping students re-engage with education.
As a Youth Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students overcome barriers both in and out of the classroom. Your ability to build trust, provide consistency, and create meaningful connections could have a lasting impact on a young person’s future.
The team includes professionals from backgrounds such as:
- SEMH schools and alternative provision
- Youth work and community support
- Residential care
- Prison and custodial services
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviour or additional needs
- A strong understanding of the challenges disadvantaged young people face
