Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our professional services client based in Chippenham, who are looking to recruit a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

What you will be doing:

  • Reporting to the Office Manager, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth running of the office.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome.
  • Answering and directing incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
  • Maintaining an organised and welcoming reception area.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with day-to-day office administration.
  • Providing full-time cover during colleagues' holidays when required.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a reception, administration or professional services environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.
  • A friendly, approachable and enthusiastic personality.
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.

What you will receive in return:

  • Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 1.00pm - 5.00pm.
  • Additional flexibility: The successful candidate will be required to provide full-time holiday cover when needed.
  • Holiday: 28 days annual leave, plus public holidays.
  • A friendly and supportive working environment.
  • Permanently position within an established professional services business.
