Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our dynamic client in Trowbridge who are actively looking to recruit a Finance Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis and offers the opportunity for progression.
What you will be doing: As the Finance Administrator you will be joining a busy accounts department and will be responsible for the accuracy of financial records and supporting the accounting team Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Assist with month-end closing procedures.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
Provide support to the accounting team as required.
What you will need to succeed: Previous experience working in a busy Finance department.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
What you will receive in return: £27,040 per annum Monday to Friday 08.30AM to 17.00PM - 40 hour per week AAT funding support available.
