Quality Management Systems (QMS) Specialist on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing
- Lead, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Manage internal and external audits, CAPA processes, and quality documentation.
- Analyse quality data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and monitor quality KPIs, risk management, and change control processes.
- Support supplier quality, customer feedback, and business process improvements.
- Deliver QMS training and provide expert guidance on quality and compliance.
- Act as the key quality representative during customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
What you will need to succeed
- Proven experience managing a Quality Management System.
- Experience managing ISO9001 and ISO14001 essential
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, auditing, CAPA, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive approach with the ability to influence and drive quality excellence across the organisation.
- Manufacturing or production experience preferable
- Strong IT skills and excellent communication skills
