The predicted salary is between 11 - 15 £ per hour.

We are looking to recruit Production Operatives in Warminster, Wiltshire for one of our clients. This position could lead to a permanent placement for the right candidate. Immediate start available.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, between Monday and Friday. AM and PM shifts available.

Hourly Rate: £13.45 - £14.61 per hour, depending on the working shift pattern.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to achieve the shift requirement deadlines each day.
  • Operating in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
  • Complying with health and safety and good manufacturing practices at all times.
  • Working with chilled and frozen products.
  • Some heavy lifting is involved in this role.
  • Previous machine/process operator experience is essential.
  • Cleaning and hygiene duties on production equipment and working areas.
  • Working with Clean as You Go procedures and all other cleaning and hygiene policies.
  • Report any food safety or quality concerns to Production Manager/Line leader.
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by Line manager/Production manager.
  • Good written and spoken English.
