What will you be doing? No two days are the same! You'll be responsible for: Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients. Winning new business and identifying opportunities to grow your desk. Finding, interviewing and matching great candidates to the right opportunities. Managing the recruitment process from initial enquiry through to placement. Delivering an excellent service to clients and candidates. Working towards individual and team targets and maximising your earning potential. What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is: Confident, outgoing and comfortable speaking to people at all levels. Commercially minded with a natural ability to build relationships. Motivated by targets, success and earning potential. Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload. Resilient, positive and able to think on their feet.Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates with a strong sales or business development background and the right attitude.
